We are seeking a FORCE (Field Operations Resource Coordination) Supervisor to lead a team of professionals responsible for data entry, system maintenance, and troubleshooting within IFS PSO (Planning & Scheduling Optimization)—our scheduling service. This role ensures the seamless operation of critical scheduling functions, including new hire setups, overtime requests, and paid time off (PTO) management. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, skilled in process optimization, cross-team collaboration, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of FORCE professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
- Oversee data entry and system maintenance within IFS PSO, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduling issues, addressing bugs and escalations from Field Support and external partners.
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager to intake, analyze, and develop enhancement requests for PSO.
- Partner with technology teams to support the development, testing, and implementation of inflight projects related to scheduling and system improvements.
- Ensure timely input of critical scheduling information, including new hire setups, overtime approvals, and PTO processing, relocations, and more.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, acting as a champion for FORCE’s operational needs and advocating for necessary system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process optimizations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in scheduling operations, workforce management, or a related field, with 1-2 years in a leadership role preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience troubleshooting scheduling or workforce management systems (IFS PSO experience is a plus).
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and development
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally across departments.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy mindset with an aptitude for learning new systems and tools.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage time-sensitive tasks efficiently.
