We’re looking for a Senior Photographer who cares deeply about making great work and has the drive to keep getting better. This team works hard, moves fast, and holds a high bar for quality. If you’re looking for a role where you can blend in, play it safe, or do the minimum, this probably isn’t the right fit. If you take pride in your craft, want real ownership, and are motivated by building work that is both smart and visually strong, we’d love to see what you can do.

This role requires someone who can lead complex productions end-to-end, make strong creative decisions, and deliver high-quality imagery with limited oversight. You should be able to defend your choices with clear brand rationale, contribute to the growth of others through feedback and mentorship, and bring discipline to the operational side of the job, from file hygiene and releases to metadata and asset management.

The scope of this role is intentionally broad. The work may range from corporate headshots to flagship brand productions, and the ideal candidate approaches each with equal thoughtfulness, craftsmanship, and accountability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead productions from end to end, including pre-pro, creative alignment, on-set execution, post-production, and final delivery.

  • Own high-visibility shoots and initiatives while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.

  • Build shot lists, lighting plans, and production approaches that align with brand strategy and business goals.

  • Direct talent, crew, and partners with confidence while creating a clear and collaborative set environment.

  • This position requires occasional travel to support productions, events, and other business initiatives. Travel may occur several times throughout the year, sometimes for up to a week at a time, though most trips are typically 3–5 days in length. Due to shoot schedules and event timing, occasional weekend travel will be required.

  • Evaluate imagery based on strategic impact, including clarity, trust, usability, and overall brand fit.

  • Protect and elevate the brand standard across lifestyle, product, campaign, event, and internal communications photography.

  • Provide structured feedback and mentorship to other photographers to help grow creative judgment, technical craft, and consistency.

  • Drive improvements to team workflow, quality control, and post-production standards.

  • Maintain excellent operational discipline across file hygiene, releases, metadata, naming conventions, archive practices, and Bynder standards.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with producers, designers, marketers, creatives, and external vendors to deliver work that meets deadlines and business needs.

  • Work independently and make strong decisions in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.

  • Work extended hours as needed to support productions and key business initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years planning, shooting, and editing commercial photography projects, with experience owning complex productions.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead major initiatives end-to-end with a high degree of autonomy.

  • Strong creative point of view and taste, with the ability to defend decisions using brand rationale and business context.

  • Advanced understanding of digital photography, production equipment, lighting techniques, and commercial on-set workflows.

  •  Strong experience directing talent, crew, stylists, and creative partners on larger-scale productions.

  • Expert proficiency in Lightroom and Photoshop; Capture One experience preferred.

  • High standard for retouching, color consistency, image selection, and client-ready delivery.

  •  Excellent mentoring and feedback skills, with a track record of helping others improve.

  • Deep understanding of non-destructive editing, export workflows, file hygiene, releases, metadata, archive practices, and DAM/Bynder standards.

  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions while working under tight timelines and competing priorities.

  • Organized, proactive, strategic, and calm under pressure.

Required Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Photography or related experience preferred.
