Job Summary: 
Responsible for the development and facilitation of internal sales communications, training and resources through multiple channels to ensure sales is well prepared to navigate system processes, effectively position product and services, and respond quickly to market opportunities.This position can be located in Houston, TX, Princeton, NJ and Pittsburgh, PA.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across multiple functional groups to gather information and content to support a ~300 sales organization.
  • Discern information received from multiple sources, create a delivery plan and successfully implement on that plan with minimal guidance
  • Support product development by designing sales pitch content in response to new product offerings, short-term opportunities and market positioning.
  • Produce and deploy internal sales communications utilizing multiple channels and online tools.
  • Facilitate and deploy certifications and training for process improvements, skill development and product launches that is centered around a customized sales competency model.
  • Govern repository of materials and resources using shared folders and sales enablement tools.
  • Facilitate regularly scheduled meetings with sales leaders to provide relevant updates and a platform for them to share best practices.
  • Develop content and deploy Sales Survey on a regular basis.
  • Foster potentially new and manage existing vendor relationships that provide market research, sales training and online tools.
  • Manage onboarding program that provides recommended content, self-serve training, reference materials and target dates for completion by sales role.
  • Document sales process and required controls that support risk policies and ensure compliance.


Working Conditions:

  • Open office environment with flexibility to work remotely
  • Some overtime required to meet deadlines
  • Some travel may be required to regional offices


Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree
  • 5 years of work experience
  • 2 years of sales experience, direct or indirect channels


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, OneNote, PowerPoint, Teams, Power BI)
  • Highly skilled in designing and building innovative presentations and reference materials
  • Proven effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Training facilitation background


Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge in using sales CRM systems
  • Knowledge of sales enablement and/or learning module systems
  • Able to be adaptable and responsive to business needs
  • Able to effectively work remotely
