Are you a strategic, results-driven marketer who excels at leading high-impact acquisition campaigns and inspiring teams? We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition Campaigns, with a proven track record of driving customer growth through end-to-end campaign execution, lead nurturing, and journey optimization.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and execution of omnichannel marketing strategies that convert prospects into loyal, high-value customers. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, retail sales partners, and external agencies to craft compelling customer journeys and point-of-sale (POS) materials—while effectively managing timelines, budgets, and performance analytics. As a senior team leader, you’ll guide direct reports and partner with leadership to align campaign initiatives with business goals.

Candidates should bring at least 8+ years of marketing experience—including 3+ years of direct team management—and expertise in marketing project management, lead capture, POS marketing, marketing automation, and campaign performance. Confidence in presenting to executive leadership and a strong ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans are essential. Project management certification, martech experience, and a retail marketing background are highly valued.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

•        Lead the development, execution, and optimization of acquisition marketing campaigns across digital, print, and emerging channels to drive prospect conversion and customer growth.

•        Collaborate with internal clients and creative agencies to develop, guide, and manage on-brand marketing projects. This includes interpreting strategic initiatives, writing and refining creative briefs, setting clear timelines and milestones, and ensuring adherence to the internal creative process.

•        Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and agency partners. Present creative assets for feedback and review, synthesize stakeholder input, and ensure clear, timely communication to align all deliverables with campaign goals and brand standards.

•        Partner with internal cross-functional teams—including analytics, brand, product, GTM, and legal—to plan and execute integrated consumer and business marketing campaigns. Evaluate market research, test new creative approaches, and optimize to meet or exceed customer acquisition targets.

•        Collaborate closely with retail sales teams to support POS materials, in-store signage, retail promotions, and field marketing strategies that align with campaign objectives and drive foot traffic and conversions.

•        Identify research opportunities, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyze campaign trends. Share performance results and insights regularly, providing data-informed recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.

•        Translate business strategies into actionable marketing plans that align with customer insights and business objectives.

•        Act as a strong advocate for the customer by ensuring marketing solutions are grounded in data-driven customer insights and behaviors, thoughtfully balancing business goals with audience needs.

•        Lead the development of customer journey maps and strategic frameworks that uncover pain points, motivations, and opportunities—ensuring creative solutions address the core problem and deliver meaningful customer value.

•        Develop comprehensive customer journeys that support lead capture, nurturing, and conversion. Optimize segmentation and targeting strategies across all channels.

•        Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and growth.

•        Ensure campaign timelines, creative assets, and deliverables are managed through project management tools (e.g., Adobe Workfront), maintaining visibility, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.

•        Present marketing strategies, campaign results, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and other stakeholders clearly and compellingly.

•        Stay current on industry best practices, emerging tools, and evolving customer behaviors to continuously elevate the effectiveness of acquisition marketing efforts.
