Overview	Engages with the Customer Experience team to define and own end to end customer journey and the lead nurture process, limiting target overlap and triangulating with market test / pilot insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Primary Responsibilities	Coordinates with Customer Experience and Marketing teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and targeting strategies Maintains visibility into initiative / offer overlaps per customer Identifies key customer segments and populations for the Air Traffic Control process Determines appropriate campaign tests and provides guidance on testing priorities Iterates market tests and provides input for future campaigns Completes market test summaries Supports the Cross-Sell Leads as needed with customer and campaign related inquiries and action items
Key Interactions	Collaborates with Cross-Sell Leads to outline testing scenarios and customer segment targeting strategies Works with Customer Experience team to gather feedback on test results, outcomes, and customer segments / targets

The salary range for this role is $118,000 - $171,000. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
