Job Summary:
This position leads the engineering and technical staff and coordinates with other work groups to support plant profitability. Requires extensive experience and advanced technical subject matter knowledge in coal fired power plants. The preferred applicant should possess field and specific technical knowledge as well as leadership skills.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 5 years of experience in a power plant, chemical plant or industrial plant dealing with mechanical equipment including boilers and combustion process, turbines, heat exchangers, condensers, compressors, fans, pumps, and electrical equipment including generators, transformers, power distribution equipment, motors, and electrical protection systems.
- In lieu of 5 years power plant experience, the candidate may have 1+ years of experience at Ivanpah Concentrated Solar Thermal plant.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred
