We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and inspire a dynamic team of technical recruiters. This role will be responsible for driving talent acquisition strategies, delivering hiring results, and ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will play a key leadership role in a fast-paced, high-performance environment, helping to scale and optimize our recruitment efforts to support ongoing business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3 senior recruiters, setting performance goals, conducting regular check-ins, and fostering a positive team culture.
  • Implement effective recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals across multiple business units and locations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruiting processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline) and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Partner with hiring managers, HR, and senior leaders to understand talent needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.
  • Ensure recruitment practices are in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, competitive landscape, and sourcing techniques to maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Actively manage and recruit on open technology positions within the NRG organization.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology recruiting, with at preferred 1 year in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Experience recruiting across a variety of industries and job functions is preferred.
