We are looking to add a Recruiter to our Field Operations Recruiting team! In this role you will support our Field Operations organization at Vivint by partnering closely with Hiring Managers to recruit top field talent. We recruit for a blend of technical and sales-focused roles that are the face of the company, working with customers in their homes, providing an excellent experience & expert technical know-how.

 

We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, coachable and eager to learn. You will need to understand how to strategically source, effectively evaluate candidate competencies, and be able to prioritize with a sense of urgency. What you will be working on:

  • Partner with hiring teams and manage the full life cycle of recruiting top talent, including workforce planning, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
  • Attracts, sources, and screens active and passive talent using various creative techniques, including job boards, social networking and direct sourcing.
  • Meets or exceeds weekly recruiting metrics around phone screens, interviews & offers consistently
  • Apply data-driven recruiting methodology to help influence timely and effective hiring decisions while maintaining data integrity across all recruiting tools
  • Use internal reporting tools to track recruiting funnel and sourcing activities
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and understand their motivation.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
  • Cultivate partnerships to achieve recruiting metrics and build strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Support efforts regarding off-site recruiting activities, including participation in job fairs, conferences & professional organizations as needed.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have 1+ years of recruiting experience at a minimum
  • High-volume or agency recruiting experience is a preferred
  • Experienced in sourcing or recruiting for sales-focused roles
  • Experienced in sourcing or recruiting for roles within the Trades is strongly preferred (ex:  Low Voltage Electricians, Installation Technicians, Repair and Maintenance, etc.)
  • Sales or call center experience is a plus
  • ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates (SuccessFactors)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to proactively identify areas for improvement & demonstrate curiosity
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

 

Working Conditions:

  • Open office environment
  • Hybrid work schedule; a combination of remote work 2 days per week and in-office 3 days per week.
  • Must be located out of Houston, TX or Lehi, UT office
