Job Summary 

The Sr. Director, People AI Experience Team leads a team of professionals to drive the strategy for adopting, governing, and scaling AI across People processes and employee experiences. This role owns the People AI roadmap, intake and prioritization model, adoption strategy, governance cadence, and operating model required to embed AI responsibly and effectively across the workforce.

 

Working in close partnership with Enterprise AI, Corporate Technology, Learning, Finance, Communications, and business leaders, the Sr. Director ensures People AI initiatives are aligned to enterprise priorities, responsibly implemented, and measured against clear business outcomes.

 

The role also leads the organization’s AI capability journey from literacy to fluency by partnering with Change Management, Learning & Development to build workforce readiness plans, learning journeys, adoption frameworks, and change strategies that enable employees to apply AI confidently in daily work.

 

The Sr. Director guides an enterprise workflow redesign program that helps the business reimagine work with AI, improve productivity, reduce low-value work, and enable effective human-AI collaboration.

 

In partnership with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Talent Management, Employee Experience, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and People Technology, this leader identifies and prioritizes AI opportunities in the People Organization, assesses business and workforce impact, and drives implementation across the employee lifecycle.

 

The role partners with business process SMEs to manage AI intake, evaluation, prioritization, and governance; maintain the People AI roadmap; manage risks and dependencies; and ensure investment is directed to the highest-impact opportunities.

 

As a trusted advisor to Talent Business Partners, senior leaders, the Sr. Director shapes enterprise conversations on AI adoption, workforce transformation, and employee experience while providing executive visibility into progress, value realization, risks, and emerging opportunities.

 

Requirements: 

  • 10+ years of leadership experience driving enterprise-scale organizational transformation, HR technology, workforce development, employee experience, digital transformation, or related initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management Information Systems, Organizational Development, or related field. 
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change and adoption programs. 
  • Experience developing workforce capability, learning, and change strategies. 
  • Strong understanding of AI adoption, workflow redesign, future-of-work concepts, and responsible AI practices. 
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives, align cross-functional stakeholders, and lead enterprise-wide initiatives in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong strategic planning, governance, portfolio management, and stakeholder management capabilities. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to translate AI and technology concepts into practical workforce implications, business outcomes, and executive recommendations.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive adoption of emerging technologies.
