Multimedia Production Specialist 

 

Position Overview 

The Multimedia Production Specialist is a hands-on creative professional responsible for producing high-quality video, live event, and visual content that supports enterprise communications and engagement. This role manages multimedia production from concept through execution, including filming, live-streaming support, post-production, motion graphics, and graphic design. 

 

The ideal candidate combines strong technical production expertise with creative design capabilities and is comfortable supporting executive communications, town halls, employee events, and other high-visibility initiatives. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Produce and edit video content, including executive messages, interviews, employee stories, events, and enterprise campaigns. 
  • Support live and hybrid events, including town halls and executive broadcasts, through technical setup, rehearsals, live streaming, production execution, and troubleshooting. 
  • Operate cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and other production technology for studio, on-location, and live event environments. 
  • Manage post-production, including video editing, audio, color correction, captioning, motion graphics, and final delivery. 
  • Create branded visual assets for digital communications, presentations, events, web, email, social media, and internal channels. 
  • Develop multimedia elements including title cards, lower thirds, animations, event graphics, and branded templates. 
  • Partner with communications and business teams to translate objectives and messaging into engaging visual content. 
  • Optimize multimedia assets across platforms, formats, and audiences while maintaining brand and accessibility standards. 
  • Maintain organized production equipment, footage, project files, templates, and digital assets. 
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring high creative and technical quality. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Film, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • 3+ years of experience in video production, live event production, post-production, multimedia design, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency with professional cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and live-streaming production workflows. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. 
  • Strong video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design capabilities. 
  • Experience supporting live, hybrid, or large-scale corporate events. 
  • Strong organizational, collaboration, and real-time problem-solving skills. 
  • Portfolio demonstrating video production, post-production, and visual design expertise. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting corporate communications, executive communications, or employee engagement. 
  • Experience with multi-camera production, live switching, streaming platforms, and broadcast-style workflows. 
  • Photography and animation experience. 
  • Familiarity with digital asset management and creative workflow tools.
