Job Summary:
The Digital User Experience and Conversion Optimization Manager will be responsible for the overall user experience of the GME digital assets and optimizing performance of user interactions within those assets. This includes leading UX design updates across app, website, online account management, etc., creating/developing/managing A/B testing focused on improved throughput for prospects and customers alike leveraging best practices, user testing and analytics to develop and measure tests. This role will work closely with the following teams to optimize performance: Go To Market Strategy, Marketing, various digital agencies and Digital Agile teams to optimize performance.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

Lead the content optimization initiatives for web and appl channels including ideation, prioritization, road mapping, design, analysis, measurement, and reporting

Proactively analyze quantitative and qualitative data to develop data-driven recommendations that A/B test scenarios focused on conversion optimization, design & UX strategy; track performance of various optimization activities

Ability to report up to senior leadership the findings of tests in a succinct manner

Manage and conduct user testing & research through surveys, usability testing and heat maps
-
Create pivots and further ideation from learnings/data analysis to meet business goals
-
Provide insights and reports for leadership of optimization activities through data storytelling of in-progress, current, and upcoming initiatives on web and email channels

Manage the overall user experience journey for prospects with the primary objective to move them down the awareness/consideration phases to a purchase decision

Manage the overall user experience journey for current customers to ensure an optimal NPS score leading to increased tenure of customers

Manage projects for asset development for various initiatives between marketing and digital agile teams
-
Collaborate with digital sales team and agency focused in optimizing search & display performance in the lower funnel

Collaborate with a team of creatives, developers, and stakeholders to execute content enhancements for our prospects & customers

Continuously refine web and email channel project processes to increase efficiency, streamline process, and improve customer experience

Responsible for overall site maintenance and consistency

Minimum Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree required
-
3+ years of experience within a marketing team or agency with extensive experience in various digital marketing channels including paid advertising, websites, landing pages and SEO
-
Proven leadership abilities (team builder & organizational effectiveness)

Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Adobe Test & Target
-
Strong understanding of search engine optimization best practices
-
Experience managing optimization roadmaps with a track record of successfully implemented conversion test
-
Experience managing workstreams with 3rd party agencies and/or multiple internal departments
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Adept at presenting strategies and performance results to peers and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years people management

Previous experience at digital ad agency
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience writing requirements for designers and developers

Proficiency with Figma

Familiar with user behavior and user testing platforms (including HotJar, usertesting.com)

Self-starter with excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and organizations
