Job Summary: 

 

The Manager, Strategic Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for driving alignment, collaboration, and execution across the EVP’s portfolio. Acting as a trusted advisor and key partner, the Chief of Staff ensures organizational priorities are met, communication flows effectively, and strategic initiatives are executed with excellence. This role plays a pivotal part in fostering cross-functional partnerships, and promoting a culture of efficiency, accountability, and innovation.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with the EVP to develop and execute strategic priorities across the organization.
  • Ensure alignment between organizational goals and functional initiatives, monitoring progress and outcomes.
  • Drive long-term planning, including setting objectives, identifying key deliverables, and anticipating future needs.
  • Oversee the execution of key initiatives and projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify and address operational inefficiencies, implementing process improvements as needed.
  • Manage the preparation and follow-up for critical meetings, including agendas, presentations, and action tracking.
  • Act as a liaison between the EVP and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams to promote collaboration and alignment.
  • Represent the EVP in meetings and communications, as needed.
  • Serve as a thought partner to the EVP, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
  • Prioritize and manage the EVP’s time effectively, ensuring focus on the most critical issues and opportunities.
  • Lead or facilitate leadership team meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives across HR, Marketing, and Brand functions, ensuring successful implementation.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
  • Support the development of reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Champion the organization’s culture and values, promoting an environment of inclusion, innovation, and accountability.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the employee experience, employer brand, and corporate reputation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to align internal and external messaging with organizational goals.

 

Working Conditions:

 

  • Open office environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise.
  • Some travel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in HR, Marketing, Brand management, or related roles, with at least 3 years in manager capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving organizational priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on execution and results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Experience with data analysis, metrics, and reporting to support decision-making.
  • A passion for promoting organizational culture, brand integrity, and employee engagement
