Job Summary:
The Growth Go‑to‑Market Performance Manager will lead performance reporting, analytics, and insights that support customer acquisition and channel optimization across all retail brands. This role drives analysis across customer behavior, cost‑to‑acquire, channel efficiency, partner performance, and GTM execution.
A key responsibility includes conducting market and customer segmentation analysis to identify growth opportunities, understand competitive dynamics, and inform acquisition strategy.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, detail‑driven, and comfortable partnering with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Finance, and broader GTM leaders to enable data‑driven decision making.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
· Deliver timely, accurate acquisition and performance reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs across all brands.
· Build, enhance, and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc) that enable leaders to evaluate channel effectiveness, partner performance, customer funnel health, and acquisition ROI.
· Conduct market and segmentation analysis to:
· Identify priority customer segments and demand pockets
· Understand regional performance differences and competitive positioning
· Inform channel strategy, targeting, and offer optimization
· Perform ad hoc analytics to support Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, and Finance with evolving business needs.
· Extract, analyze, and interpret data from SAP, SQL, TLP, and EPNet to monitor acquisition trends, uncover risks, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
· Analyze key business drivers, sales performance, channel mix, conversion rates, segmentation performance, margin, and customer attrition.
· Evaluate channel and partner profitability to support optimization and investment decisions.
· Prepare clear, concise visual materials and executive‑level presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
· Support cross‑functional strategic initiatives as needed.
Working Conditions:
· Hybrid work environment with a blend of in‑office collaboration and remote flexibility.
· Occasional overtime during peak reporting cycles or special initiatives.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
· Minimal travel required.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
· 5–7 years of relevant experience in analytics, performance management, GTM strategy, or related fields.
· Experience leading projects, initiatives, or teams.
· Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
· Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Mandatory, specifically exceptional excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or sales performance functions.
· Retail energy or similar subscription‑services industry experience preferred.
· Strong Power BI and Tableau expertise and dashboard development experience.
· Familiarity with SAP, SQL, and cross‑module data structures.
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong commitment to accuracy, data integrity, and high‑quality analysis.
· Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
· Comfortable working with incomplete datasets and providing directionally accurate insights.
· Understanding of accounting or financial principles is a plus.
· Proficiency in visualization tools; SQL knowledge beneficial.
· Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to navigate competing priorities and influence stakeholders.
· Self‑starter with high energy, integrity, and a results‑driven mindset.
· Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, lean environment.
