Role: Digital Sales Strategist II

 

Join a dynamic and innovative team as we work to grow digital sales for the Reliant brand. As part of the Digital Sales team, you will analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data, and have a deep understanding of the online customer journey and sales funnel. This role is required to drive strategy for our digital advertising campaigns while collaborating with our agency/media partners. Additionally, this person will interact with several internal teams to help drive performance and value from our online channels. A strong background in digital advertising is required. Digital agency background experience is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be thorough with attention to detail, strategic, analytical, ambitious, self-motivated, and creative. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with various internal departments, including marketing, innovation, analytics, and IT, to drive performance across the sales funnel.
  • Provide analysis on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, and campaign optimizations based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on strategy and execution for our Reliant Residential, Small Business, and Security brands.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; can substitute additional relevant professional experience.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce space.
  • Ability to comprehend digital marketing data and deliver business recommendations.
  • Attention to detail and task management.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel, PPT skills required.
  • Knowledge of analytics and ad management tools (Google Analytics, The Trade Desk, Adobe, AdWords, Google Campaign Manager etc.).

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Digital agency background experience is strongly preferred.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
  • Professional, fast paced, high intensity office environment.
  • This is a remote hybrid role based in our Houston, TX office working in the office 1-2 days per week and from home the remainder of the week.
