Key Responsibilities: Change Enablement & Insights Lead
Capability Building & Enablement
- Design, deliver, and continuously improve capability-building programs for leaders, managers, and practitioners, including training curriculum, micro-learning, and certification pathways.
- Develop and maintain standardized toolkits, templates, and frameworks (e.g., SHAPE) to support consistent change management practices.
- Foster a culture of shared ownership for change through coaching, mentoring, and peer learning within a community of practice.
Change Champion Network
- Own the end-to-end creation, setup, and ongoing management of the Change Champion Network, including:
- Defining selection criteria and onboarding processes for champions.
- Equipping champions with resources, toolkits, and enablement pathways.
- Facilitating monthly touchpoints, quarterly learning sessions, and recognition programs.
- Measuring engagement, reach, and adoption, and using champion feedback to inform CoE dashboards and continuous improvement.
Analytics & Measurement
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to design and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms that track adoption, readiness, capability maturity, and impact across initiatives.
- Translate data into actionable insights that guide decision-making and improve change strategies.
- Lead post-implementation reviews, sustainment planning, and maturity assessments to ensure lasting results and a culture of learning.
Advisory & Continuous Improvement
- Serve as an advisor to business units and project teams, supporting change intake, assessment, and alignment reviews.
- Partner with Communications, Talent, and PMO to integrate change capability and leadership behaviors into systems and processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and evolving change management practices based on feedback and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4-5 years of experience in change management, capability building, or organizational development within a complex, matrixed environment.
- Analytical skills with experience in measurement, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver enablement programs.
- Experience building and managing networks or communities of practice.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
