Position Summary

The Data & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Data & Reporting team by assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. The analyst will help transform raw data into actionable insights that support business decisions and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting deliverables.
  • Document processes and maintain data integrity standards.
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests and support recurring reporting needs.
  • Monitor scheduled reporting processes and troubleshoot issues as needed.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Azure and Python.
  • High proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly in written and visual formats.
  • Proficiency of basic database concepts and data modeling.
  • Experience with data extraction and transformation tools.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related fields.

Working Conditions:

  • Working remotely
  • Minimum overtime, but it may be necessary to complete special projects or meet deadlines
