This position is responsible for assisting with HR processes and projects (such as integration, acquisition, divestiture, HR cyclical programs) as well as continuous employee and organizational data maintenance support for the Retail and Corporate HR functions.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, HR Subject Matter Experts, HR Project Management Office and client leadership on assigned projects and data integrity processing
  • Provide subject matter expertise relative to administrative, transactional processes, data automation, project support, gathering data, analysis and reporting - with the objective of increasing employee, management, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work with HR colleagues to identify new opportunities to add value to the organization; assist HR colleagues with projects (as and where needed)
  • Provide input and support in HR projects and assist with the implementation and administration of those projects, such as:
    • Assist in planning for projects including creating and/or maintaining project plans
    • Monitor project progress; identify and raise project risks
    • Track and update actions and key decisions
    • Assist in preparing status reports, project decks, training and project communications for management
  • Deliver project excellence to our clients by keeping a mindset on organizational and project objectives, customer service and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain employee data worksheets for special projects, such as acquisitions
  • Recommend and perform quality control procedures as defined to ensure accurate and compliant records, including records related to promotions, job transfers and new hires.
  • Maintain open position and workforce planning reports
  • Adapt role and responsibilities to changing needs of the department and clients



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of human resources experience with business client interaction in a fast-paced
  • HR project, must have worked on a system implementation or upgrade, acquisition, benefits or compensation plan changes.



  • Bachelor's Degree, in a related discipline
  • Must have proven abilities with process design / process improvement, data analytics and the maintenance of confidential information
  • Experience working with SAP, SuccessFactors HR highly desired
  • Advanced Excel skills required to include the following:
    • Ability to enter data in pre-existing models and reports, run reports created by others
    • Ability keep the customer in mind when developing data outputs (reports, graphs, tables, etc.) so they are intuitive and meaningful to the end user
    • Overall solid Excel skills including pivot tables, data tables, lookup functions and logical references
  • Experience working and developing SharePoint sites preferred
  • Experience working in a large utilities or energy company is highly desired

  • Ability to adapt work schedule to business demand
  • Limited travel
  • The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading
