Responsibilities:

·         Determine daily customer demand requirements as posted by utility

·         Arrange for supply into company’s pipeline assets or to utility city gates as required

·         Nominate daily gas volumes on upstream transmission pipelines

·         Provide timely and accurate gas flow schedules via pipelines’ and utilities’ systems

·         Schedule injections and withdrawals, and monitor gas storage balances and costs

·         Verify accuracy of supply, pipeline, and utility invoices

·         Provide timely status reports and notice of possible imbalance or other operational issues

·         Work effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and cultivate new and existing relationships

·         Keep current with pipeline tariffs and utility supply program requirements

·         Assist in preparing short- and long-term costs forecasts

·         Prepare ad hoc analyses as required to support the profitable growth of the business

 

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, business, or related field

.         Minimum of 0-2 yrs. experience scheduling daily gas volume on upstream transmission pipelines

·         Effective communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong attention to detail and strict deadlines

·         Ability to work remotely as needed

·         High proficiency in Microsoft Excel

·         SQL knowledge a plus
