Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site' correspondence, contracts, management reports, etc. as requested
  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings
  • Answer main phone line
  • Welcome guests to the office
  • Maintain professional order and appearance of the lobby, conference room, and breakroom at all times
  • Handle all mail and package office requirements
  • Maintain office and breakroom supply inventory
  • Maintain copier and printer supplies, maintenance and service calls
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process expense reports and timecards in a timely manner
  • Assist other departments with filing, as assigned by Office Manger
  • Data entry to include entering site employee’s service reports into a data base and daily SCADA editing
  • Other administrative support duties, as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • 4 + years of progressive administrative support experience
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills consistent with a highly professional office environment
  • Proficient skill level in Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Outlook)
  • Positive “can do” attitude
  • Willingness handle a broad range of duties to support a growing office
  • High School Diploma required, 2-year degree or higher preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Ability to travel to other wind sites required
