Job Summary:

 

The Sr. Digital Optimization Analyst will provide support for various digital projects within an agile team structure. You’ll help decide what enhancement to test or which features to create for a given hypothesis or business request. You’ll manage the execution of the digital enhancements and features by working with our team of designers, copywriters, developers and product owners. Eventually, you’ll review the results of the test or enhancement to develop business learnings. Typical tests and enhancements will focus on improving customer experience for both customer acquisition and current customers.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct user research through surveys, usability testing and heat maps.
  • Use website analytics and user research to provide data-driven insights that drive design and requirements
  • Lead the ideation, prioritization, road mapping, design, and approval process for new features and A/B tests
  • Write A/B testing specifics including annotation on screen designs
  • Develop digital business cases by working with cross-functional teams to outline business opportunity, value and rationale
  • Provide insights and recommendations through data storytelling for all test results and new features implemented
  • Create pivots and further ideation from learnings to further improve results
  • Collaborate with a team of designers, developers, and a product owner to execute the feature or enhancement for our customers 
     

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of experience within a digital team with extensive experience in various digital marketing channels including paid advertising, social media, e-mail, websites, landing pages, SEO and content marketing.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

 

  • Experience contributing to or managing digital roadmaps full of successfully executed, investment returning features/tests
  • Experience writing requirements for designers and developers
  • Expert in Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics with an understanding of how to measure performance of a digital channel
  • Familiar with Hot Jar and Usertesting.com
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Self-starter with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and organizations
  • Desire to make a difference for the environment
