Job Summary: 

  • Position responsible for identifying and implementing system and process improvements for C&I Backoffice Operations.  Key responsibilities include process analysis, business requirements, and user acceptance testing to ensure project deliverables satisfy stakeholder needs.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute solutions that support C&I contracting, enrollment, post close, and billing processes
  • Participate in development and implementation of new processes and tools to streamline workflow
  • Employ strong analytical skills in researching and resolving issues resulting from issues discovered in transactional processes including contracting, enrolment, and invoicing
  • Responsible for drafting business requirements documents and performing cost benefit analysis as needed
  • May be responsible for leading change requests for system enhancement or production support
  • Responsible for process documentation and maintenance
  • Provide first level of support including analysis and determining root cause
  • Collaborate with other internal groups to meet customer and stakeholder expectations and or provide subject matter expertise
  • Achieve goals on flawless execution and accuracy by participation cross team opportunities for continuous improvement and workload efficiency
  • Cross-functional project support
  • Provide user acceptance testing support
  • Other duties as required by business needs

Working Conditions:

  • Open office environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience analyzing business processes for back office processes –  working with enrollments and contract management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in system improvement projects. 
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Access. 
  • Knowledge of Siebel, VHOS, and SAP CCS d. 
  • Retail energy experience

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Effectively communicate to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form
  • Strong analytic and business process knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple demands and thrive in a collaborative fast paced environment

Physical Requirements:

  • Professional open office environment with the majority of work performed on a personal computer in a seated position.
