Job Summary:  

The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for providing pricing and contracting support to the Sales Team.  In this role the Sales Support Analyst must develop skills and knowledge to effectively process support for quoting and contracting, manage relationships across multiple functional groups including but not limited to Information Technology, Segment, Back Office Operations (including invoicing, service initiation, remittance processing, REBS Deposits, Consumer Operations, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory.  


Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales channels by providing timely, accurate pricing and contracting deliverables to various sales teams under the Small Business organization
  • Identify opportunities to expedite the sales process to help improve sales effectiveness
  • Manage complete and accurate customer/product and contract level data points
  • Track and record individual productivity.
  • Effectively communicate with a wide variety of people both internal and external to ensure delivery of information and analysis that supports the business strategy
  • Responsible for processing and the execution of contract amendments and assignments as necessary


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous experience in competitive consumer services within the energy industry
  • Previous SAP-CCS experience
  • Previous Siebel experience

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise
