Job Summary: 

The Digital Media Planner/Marketing Analyst will manage, strategize and execute digital paid media (evergreen and campaign- based) to drive consideration, increase number of qualified leads and support corporate brand awareness.

 

Guided by marketing leadership, will perform the following:

  • Media strategy, budgeting and planning
  • Lead execution of media buying within our DSP including direct site buys, display media, PPC, Programmatic, paid social, SEM and retargeting
  • Maintain and optimize omni-channel local and national campaigns across various paid channels and actively report out on performance and opportunities
  • Will assist, as needed, in the development and execution of go-to-market strategy for business segment acquisition, including but not limited to: integrated marketing campaigns, messaging, sales collateral, presentations, webinars, whitepapers and email campaigns to generate quality leads 

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning campaign strategies/tactics with comms and strategic marketing partners
  • Day-to-day execution and management within our digital media platform (Basis DSP by Centro)
  • Collaborate with media agency planning teams to incorporate agency media plans and insights into holistic media deliverables (i.e. plans, reports, etc.) that are regularly provided to strategy and business teams - deep understanding of media KPI’s and benchmarks (i.e.  CPM, CTR, CPC)
  • Manage end-to-end execution of paid search, Programmatic, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram media, buying, pacing, tagging, optimization, and reporting
  • Lead daily media optimizations, collaborating with creative agencies to lead creative development and optimization process
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies
  • Collaborate closely with analytics teams to identify trends, best practices, testing opportunities and optimization roadmaps
  • Align program positioning, value proposition, messaging and creative execution to media strategy
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns that support the sales organization and drive acquisition
  • Monitor customer segments and performance data to determine focus of marketing efforts
  • Collaborate on development of marketing competitive intel reports 

 

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily in an office environment
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise
  • Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities 

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years media planning or buying required
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in the B2B space
  • Experience working on marketing campaigns, including messaging and visual collateral

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in internal/external communications
  • Project management experience a plus, preferably in marketing or related
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced presentation skills
  • Clear appetite for learning and demonstrates a curious mind
  • Pays strong attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable planning a project from ideation to implementation
