As a member of the Digital Solutions team, the Digital Analytics Analyst will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team on complex projects that span multiple infrastructure or applications components. This role requires the candidate to work with business to implement analytics tracking needed to deliver the analytics metrics.


Position Responsibilities: 

We need someone who relishes the opportunity to push the boundaries of their technical knowledge and enjoys working in a agile development environment. You'll have the opportunity to work with application developers to implement the metrics needed that offer measurable business value to our company. Evaluating client business challenges, you'll work with the team to produce technology solutions and develop world-class web applications that leverage the full spectrum of front and back-end technologies and cutting-edge design patterns. We need someone who can collaborate with clients and business analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements and assist with estimating the time and resources required for each phase of a project.


Required Skills: 

  • A Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: computer science, computer engineering, information management or a related field
  • Tag Management – Ensighten
  • Expert knowledge of Analytics reporting tools – Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Hands-on project experience with web development techniques
  • Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Development experience with Java, JSP
  • Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS.
  • Good database development skills


Preferred Experience

  • Performance monitoring tools – Dynatrace APM and DCRUM
  • Developer Tools – Eclipse IDE
  • Database Tools – Oracle SQL Developer
  • Web Server – iPlanet, IHS
  • Application Server – WebSphere, Tomcat, JBoss
  • Mobile Applications – XCode, Android Studio
  • Testing Tools – Selenium, CrossBrowserTesting, Charles Proxy, Observepoint
  • Scripting languages – Node.js, Python
  • Agile Development Processes – Rally
  • Experience developing web applications with SOA, RESTful, and/or MVC architectures
