Position Summary:

 

The Creative Manager will provide creative direction and implementation for various marketing programs and initiatives for multiple brands as well as support new product and market launches. This person will manage the creative team and guide them on execution as well as design and deliver campaigns. The Creative Manager will report to the Director of Marketing.

                    

 

Position Responsibilities:

 

  • Design/develop creative concepts from inception to completion
  • Oversee and guide internal and external creative resources which include designers and writers.
  • Lead the creative team and provide quality control and direction on a variety of projects – channels, mediums, and topics.
  • Produce creative for websites, print and digital media, video, email campaigns and retail display
  • Translate marketing objectives into designs that are clear and compelling while staying within brand guidelines.
  • Develop and present creative strategy to Marketing Director and Senior Leadership
  • Manage brand guidelines and oversee consistency across design and copy
  • Manage vendors for print, retail displays and collateral
  • Stay abreast of creative trends, best practices and benchmarks in content strategy, UX/UI and search to increase performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university required.

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

 

  • 8+ years consumer marketing and design experience
  • Writing/editing experience a plus
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Video editing  and animation skills a plus
  • Proven experience as a team player and organizational leader
  • Superior verbal and written communications skills
  • Project management experience
  • Creative portfolio required
  • Energy industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing, fast-paced business environment
  • Passionate about environmental changes
