Job Summary:  

This role is a post sales role responsible for maintaining acute attention to Key customers within the business, delivering value and influencing executives and key stakeholders to shape buying decisions and displace competitor products. The focus is on customer experience, retention and growth, offering real solutions and recommendations to help customers achieve their business goals.


Essential Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead point of contact for all assigned accounts, managing day to day business and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and grow a consultative and trusting relationship between key customers and NRG
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of customer expectations, position in the industry and anticipate the need for change and improvement
  • Proactively manage communication with internal teams and NRG business partners to meet all customer needs and deliverables according to customer expectations and proposed timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to onboard new customers
  • Maximize profits and expand customer portfolios
  • Analyze data, providing customer relationship management and improving program performance
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing customers
  • Manage renewals and registration of existing customer accounts
  • Educate customers on industry standards, compliance and products.
  • Service multiple markets and customers concurrently while meeting required deadlines
  • Maintain up to date customer and account information in CRM
  • Have a positive and proactive approach to effectively communicate, answer questions and deliver problem resolution with win/win outcomes
  • Follow established business workflow processes
  • Achieve Corporate and Department Scorecard goals and initiatives


Working Conditions: 

  • Open office environment.
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise.

    Minimum Requirements: 
  • Minimum of 3 years previous work experience in account management, customer experience/relations, or relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are a plus
