Responsibilities

  • Walk jobs scheduled to assure job is ready.
  • Coordinate with office.
  • Check the jobs by phase to assure work is completed.
  •  Coordinate with Sub contractor or office when repairs are needed.
  • Review sub-contractor invoices and approve once they verify all work is complete per phase.
  • Call in inspection to local jurisdictions.
  • Coordinate and complete paperwork for billable change orders found in the field.
  • Meet Builder supervisors on job sites to work through any issues with installations or design.
  • Answer email and phone calls from Builders/Supervisors to resolved daily install issues.
  • Must be organized and able to coordinate a large volume of requests.

 

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience with project management, preferably in a construction environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be very proactive and detail oriented
  • Able to build relationships with customers and clients
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong organization skills
  • HS Diploma/GED
