Airtron Heating and Air is looking for a HVAC Service Technicians to join the Dallas team.


  • Identifies, analyzes, diagnose, and repairs HVAC systems in customer’s home
  • Performs preventative maintenance and proactive repairs when needed
  • Represents company by serving as a direct company contact
  • Provides repair vs. replacement options
  • Responds to calls in a timely manner
  • Determines parts to order for repairs in a timely manner
  • Complete paperwork for each job, including daily time, job status and duration
  • Records parts, materials, labor and other cost data per job and return unused resources to warehouse
  • Maintain diligent focus on safety precautions and follow safety guidelines



  • 1 Year plus of HVAC experience preferred
  • EPA certification required
  • Mechanical aptitude required
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong work ethic a must
  • Able to effectively multiple task
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Able to problem solve
  • Strong organizational skills required

The ideal candidate will have an excellent work ethic and great communication skills, allowing them to provide top notch customer service to our customers who always come first. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass background and drug test.
