Job Summary:
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Senior Manager – Field Support Systems & Strategy to lead critical initiatives that elevate performance, optimize systems, and drive operational excellence across Field Operations. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who thrives on solving complex problems, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You'll help shape how we scale, innovate, and execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Champion technology-driven innovation and system improvements across field support
· Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance, organizational alignment, and business outcomes.
· Partner with senior leadership and functional teams to define goals, prioritize initiatives, and track progress against key objectives.
· Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and business needs.
· Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in workflows, systems, and team structures to increase agility and effectiveness.
· Provide data-driven insights and strategic analysis to support decision-making at the executive level.
· Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, benchmarking, and process optimization.
· Build and lead high-performing teams or cross-functional working groups to deliver key strategic projects.
· Promote strong collaboration and communication across departments to support execution and resolve challenges.
· Ensure operational practices adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
· 7–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, or project/program management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership capacity.
· Proven ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-first approach to decision-making.
· Demonstrated experience in organizational change, process improvement, or strategic planning.
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
· Adept at managing competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
· PMP or other project management certification.
· Experience in technology, field operations, or service-based environments.
· Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
