Position Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Training Content Creator to support the development and delivery of engaging learning experiences for our sales organization. This role combines instructional design, visual communication, and multimedia production to ensure our teams have access to high-impact training content that drives performance and consistency across the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, write, and produce training content across a variety of formats, including written guides, presentation materials, and video-based learning modules.

Manage end-to-end content development workflows, from concept and scriptwriting to editing, publishing, and stakeholder coordination.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals.

Video and audio production projects (podcast and training videos), including light editing and content structuring.

Assist with internal events and training initiatives, supporting the development of materials and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Maintain consistency across content types and platforms, adhering to brand and instructional standards.
Qualifications:

Strong writing and visual communication skills.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Premiere Pro and InDesign).

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to interpret data and feedback to improve content effectiveness.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or ability to quickly learn new platforms.

Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred: Background in training, video production, podcasting, or sales enablement.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
