About Common Source:

Common Source is Vivint’s internal lifestyle store designed to elevate the sales rep experience through exclusive gear, product drops, and curated essentials. We merge premium retail with a dynamic brand culture.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual who can deliver a 10/10 in-store experience while managing key backend operations. This hybrid role blends front-facing retail support with essential administrative duties to help the store run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Retail Sales:

    •    Greet and assist team members and visitors with purchases and product questions

    •    Manage point-of-sale transactions and maintain an organized checkout area

    •    Educate customers on new product drops and exclusive gear

    •    Keep the store tidy, stocked, and visually aligned with brand standards

Administrative Support:

    •    Maintain inventory logs and coordinate restocks with vendors

    •    Support ordering, receiving, and product tagging processes

    •    Assist with scheduling, appointment coordination, and internal comms

    •    Prepare reports and updates for the Sales Experience leadership team

Qualifications:

    •    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    •    Highly organized and detail-oriented

    •    Ability to multitask between customer support and back-office tasks

    •    Proficient in Google Workspace and basic POS systems

    •    Retail, admin, or sales experience preferred
