Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage calendar of recruiting events for each de-centralized location, track manager participation, ensure manager readiness to participate in recruiting activities
- Utilize Handshake tool to communicate and connect with campuses and student life
- Assist with updating job postings and tracking recruiting data
- Assist Campus Relations Specialist in organizing recruiting events
- Ensure Managers have access to the necessary materials/assets needed for campus visits
- Track expenses for recruiting events and allocate to leadership budgets
- Coordinate introduction and follow up meetings between Campus Relations Manager and Universities
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to deal with sensitive employment issues professionally, discretely, and compassionately
- Must be proactive, a team player, and someone who is adaptable and comfortable with change, ambiguity, and working independently
Required Education/Experience:
- 1 year experience in an administrative support function
