Summary:

This role is responsible for managing financial and business analyses in support of the Vivint Customer Care business (Call Center). Working closely with business leaders and FP&A leadership, this role leads monthly and quarterly variance analysis and coordinates annual budgets, long-term plans, and recurring forecasts.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own and coordinate Customer Care operating expense budgets, forecasts, cost analyses, reporting needs, and ad hoc requests (including forecast inputs into the Financial Planning and Reporting system).
  • Develop monthly actuals and forecast variance analyses used to complete the monthly business review.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports for senior leadership and executive management.
  • Continuously improve reporting and analysis to provide clearer insight into financial performance and support business growth.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop reporting that increases clarity and supports informed operating decisions.
  • Respectfully challenge current financial, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Lead or support special projects assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • Five or more years of financial analysis experience (Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting or related fields (Operations or Call Center experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with reporting and financial systems (e.g., SAP, FPR, HFM, Adaptive, Snowflake SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI) as well as high proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong personal code of ethics and demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to Work onsite in Lindon, UT Monday-Thursday; flexible onsite/remote work on Fridays

 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, phones, photocopiers, and AV conference room equipment.
