JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a strategic videographer to support the evolution of our Marketing and Sales channels. You will collaborate with internal and external partners in creating disruptive, and innovative media ranging from internal to external marketing and branding campaigns. Your work will reflect Vivint’s brand and enhance the consumer and employee experience.
As a videographer, you should be comfortable providing appropriate storyboards and pitching creative ideas to leadership. We assume many responsibilities here at Vivint, and we move fast, so you should be able to lead a project from start to finish by yourself and utilize your teammates to work in an efficient manner. You should be comfortable in leading the production of film/photos sets, as well as setting expectations and timelines and being proficient enough in Premiere Pro and After Effects to move quickly. Candidates for the interview will be selected based on overall portfolio quality and depth. RESPONSIBILITIES
VIDEO
-
Storyboard, direct, shoot, edit, light, & color a wide range of video projects.

Work independently as well as lead small teams to take a video project from start to finish
-
Able to work extended hours and travel as necessary. Travel ranges from driving to the city or flying internationally for a week.

Cover events, brainstorm media, collaborate with creative team, and find ways through media to provide value to the company.
REQUIRED SKILLS
-
Must have proficient technical skills, knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and incorporation of AI into workflows

Must have a firm understanding of all aspects of digital media, including production equipment, lighting techniques, cameras/lenses

Solid understanding of lighting for small single or multi-person film setups as well as in-studio lighting.

Experience working with models, stylists, and art directors

Possess solid work ethic, be self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
