Description:

We’re looking for a Senior Designer to join Vivint’s Creative Team in support of our Customer Marketing organization. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, performance-driven creative across lifecycle touchpoints while contributing strategic thinking, creative direction, and optimization insights to customer campaigns.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in visual and marketing design, deep experience designing for digital channels, and a clear understanding of how creative decisions impact engagement, retention, and conversion. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and ownership and serves as a trusted creative partner to marketing stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Working On:

- Designing and executing customer-facing marketing campaigns across app, web, and email channels

- Partnering with Customer Marketing to translate lifecycle strategies into compelling, on-brand creative

- Developing creative solutions for customers with varying levels of product familiarity and engagement

- Designing and adapting assets for multiple platforms while meeting technical and channel-specific requirements

- Leading creative execution for email campaigns, including lifecycle, promotional, and retention-focused messaging

- Collaborating with strategists, analysts, and channel owners to optimize creative based on performance data

- Participating in concept development, campaign ideation, and creative problem-solving sessions

- Supporting A/B testing initiatives and iterating on creative to improve open rates, CTRs, and retention metrics

- Ensuring brand consistency while balancing creative expression, platform needs, and audience context

What We’d Like to See:

- 5–8 years of experience in digital, marketing, or customer-focused design roles

- Strong visual design skills with a refined sense of hierarchy, layout, and brand expression

- Proven experience designing for performance-driven marketing channels (email, app, web)

- Deep understanding of brand systems and the ability to apply them consistently at scale

- Experience designing for mobile-first audiences and responsive environments

- Comfortable presenting creative concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders

- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high attention to detail

- Experience using data, testing, and insights to inform creative decisions

- Strong portfolio demonstrating real-world marketing or lifecycle design work

Tech and Marketing Skills:

- Proficiency in Figma

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)

- Strong understanding of email design best practices

- Working knowledge of HTML and inline CSS for email troubleshooting

- Experience with email testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid)

- Familiarity with customer engagement platforms (Braze)

- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization workflows

- Project management tools (Asana)

Education:

Degree in Visual Design, Communication Design, or related field — or equivalent professional experience.
