Job Title: Financial Analyst

Job Summary: 

This role will be responsible for preparing financial and business-related analyses in support of the broader National Inside Sales business. Will prepare forecasts, analyze business performance, review data and prepare monthly reports. Complete ad hoc analysis to support key stakeholder initiatives and cooperate with other departments in the preparation of analyses.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Own P&L, creation of annual budget, monthly forecasts
• Assist in month end close and monthly variance analysis
• Develop, maintain, and analyze financial forecast models
• Work closely with the Business Segment teams to determine appropriate modeling assumptions and structuring
• Responsible for ensuring that all assumptions and modeling are reasonable and accurate
• Prepare monthly variance analyses
• Monitor effectiveness of business processes, conduct analysis, and coordinate implementation for system and process improvements
• Perform all aspects of work with a high degree of effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy
• Other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work schedule, Monday-Thursday in a professional open office environment office; working remotely on Friday
• Some overtime required as special projects arise
• Travel (less than 10%)

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or economics from an accredited college/university

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excels in quickly conceptualizing and assimilating data to make decisions and take appropriate action
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and take an active role in establishing plans, coordinating activities, and assuring successful completion of objectives
• Proficient in communicating to a wide range of audiences in both written and oral form
• Comfortably handles risk and uncertainty
