Summary:

We are seeking a FP&A Director for our Sourcing, Procurement and Innovation teams. This role oversees a team of financial and data analysts, manages significant equipment and labor investments, and develops business cases to support innovation strategies and return on investment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategy for the department
• Own financial performance. Annual cost out improvement is expected
• Evaluate business cases and financial models with a critical and solutions-oriented mindset
• Collaborate with senior leadership, including VPs, to align financial planning with business objectives
• Build and support a high-performing, inclusive finance and analytics team
• Foster a culture of talent development, process optimization, and measurable outcomes
• Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling for supply chain and product innovation organizations 
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, identify trends, and recommend data-informed actions
• Communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements:  

• Work onsite in Lehi, UT Monday-Thursday; flexible onsite/remote work on Fridays
• 15+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Accounting or related fields (Supply Chain experience strongly preferred) 
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred
• Proficiency with reporting and financial systems (e.g., SAP, FPR, HFM, Adaptive, Snowflake SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and cost allocation
• Experience building business cases, financial models, and strategic transformation plans
• Demonstrated success in driving financial impact in Operations or Product Innovation

WORKING CONDITIONS: 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
