Summary:
This Data Analyst Manager analyst role will lead and mentor a team of data analysts to provide analytics support for a Customer Loyalty department, plus lead multiple strategic initiatives. The analytics role utilizes SQL and Tableau and is a blend of data and strategy. This role is onsite in Lindon, UT 3-5 days a week and can be remote on other days, subject to current company policies.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Own and evolve a portfolio of strategic dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), ensuring they deliver actionable insights to business leaders.
· Drive cross-functional analytics initiatives that optimize customer loyalty, reduce attrition, and generate $1M+ in cost savings or revenue growth.
· Translate complex data into strategic recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions across the Loyalty, Operations, and Technology teams.
· Serve as a strategic partner to Director and VP-level stakeholders, applying a consultative, data-driven approach to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
· Oversee data governance and quality in collaboration with Technology teams, ensuring reliable and scalable data infrastructure.
· Manage project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and resource allocation to deliver high-impact analytics solutions on time and within scope.
Required Skills:
· 5+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
· Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake or equivalent) and strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
· Proven ability to lead analytics projects from ideation to execution, delivering measurable business outcomes.
· Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.
· Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
· Demonstrated success in coaching and developing analysts, fostering both technical and soft skill growth.
· Strategic thinker with a consulting mindset, capable of challenging assumptions and driving data-informed decisions.
· Onsite availability in Lindon, UT at least 3 days per week to support team collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Required Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
· 5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related field, including 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
· Extensive hands-on experience with Snowflake (or equivalent SQL platforms), Tableau, and other modern data tools.
· Demonstrated success supporting customer loyalty, retention, or marketing teams, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
· Experience in consumer-focused industries such as retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or subscription services is strongly preferred.
· Familiarity with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, and campaign performance analytics is a strong plus.

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
