Job Summary: 

The Email Production Analyst is responsible for developing and executing Email, push and SMS communications for NRG East Retail brands. This person will work closely with all members of the retention, acquisition, and retention teams.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support email, SMS and push notification coordination and execution, which includes executing, optimizing and reporting on ongoing communications supporting acquisition, retention, and lead nurturing initiatives with key business stakeholders
  • Develop and implement campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Create and manage email automations and customer lifecycle journeys via FTP list and API-triggers
  • Strong attention to detail, QA and visual aspects
  • Support with campaign performance data and report out on results
  • Ensure execution is completed flawlessly
  • Ensure reporting is up to date
  • Understand customer journeys and communication to optimize content, design, and drive increased customer engagement
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members, 3rd party agency and stakeholders across the organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Working Conditions:

  • Remote working environment
  • Some overtime required as special projects arise
  • Travel (10% of time or less)

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-5 years writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for emails.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong email responsive coding in a text editor with knowledge in common email rendering issue/hacks
  • Experience with SQL and Excel For emails.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Salesforce AMPscript
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills, including writing, editing, reporting and being able to collaborate cross functionally across the organization
  • Illustrate an exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management, prioritization of work and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage and produce an end-result with multiple parties involved
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment

 

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with Litmus
  • Experience managing and reporting on email, SMS and push notification campaigns
